Megan Hodel, RN, RMC

Hodel Healthcare Consulting was started by Megan Hodel, RN, RMC, in 2023. Megan worked at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL for 15 years. She then transitioned into the long-term care setting as a Director Of Nursing for 3 years, and most recently a Corporate Nurse for 6 long-term care facilities and an intellectual/developmental facility in Illinois. In today's dynamic healthcare landscape, the demand for high-quality long-term care services has never been greater. With an aging population and evolving regulatory requirements, long-term care facilities face numerous challenges in delivering exceptional care while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Megan has a passion and desire for your staff to be successful in this endeavor, and to provide the quality of care your residents deserve.
